4 X 15 Tips & Tools Chamber Member Webinar Series Dec 9
We want to offer our Chamber members an opportunity to share their expertise by launching a new webinar format: the Irvine Chamber’s 4 x 15 Tips & Tools seminar series. Six times a year, the Irvine Chamber ED staff will produce a webinar that will feature four (4) members in fifteen minute segments. Members will be asked to introduce themselves, their company and present a brief program that showcases business tips & tools to help program participants learn more, know more and grow more!
Webinars are planned for December 9, February 10, April 7, and June 9. Please read the guidelines below and register now to be considered for one of the programs! There is no cost to participate in this webinar. All Irvine Chamber Members are encouraged to register to be considered by entering a brief program description in the Comment section of the registration page.
These programs will be produced using FuzeBox. This allows you to present your program from your office, laptop or tablet or come into the chamber offices whichever is most convenient.
1. These segments are NOT to be used to pitch or sell products or services but rather to share business expertise, experience and related useful and relevant tips, tools and strategies that will help businesses manage and grow. It is your skillful presentation of your tips & tools that will bring attention to your company and showcase your products or services.
2. A brief program description will be requested of all those interested in presenting.
3. Once selected, the segments will be scheduled according to your availability.
4. Once confirmed, presenters will be asked to create a twelve (12) minute PowerPoint presentation to support their program – this is required for each segment. Staff can assist with the development of these PowerPoint presentations if necessary.
5. The final PowerPoint presentations will be required in-house no later than one week in advance of their scheduled segment so staff can compile the four segments.
6. Chamber staff will create an introductory show card with the presenter’s name, company logo and program title.
7. Each fifteen minute member segment will be moderated by a Chamber ED staff member.
8. The 4X15 Tips & Tools webinar series will be marketed to the Chamber membership, ED databases and collaborative organizations throughout Orange County.
