Breaking Generational Patters: Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a therapeutic group method developed by German Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in which unrecognized, often destructive, familial patterns are revealed for acceptance and healing. Hellinger observed that many people carry the burdens of loved ones and subsequently pass those burdens down through the generations. As a former student of Hellinger, Jorn Liebezeit will lead an in depth discussion on family constellation work, as well as other therapeutic practices in Europe, past and present. Participants will also be invited to join in family constellation work in a safe, supportive group environment.
