Two Industrial-Organizational Psychologists with expertise in human resource management and employment practices, will address the difficult challenges entailed in the management of employees who behave poorly. They will discuss best practice techniques that can be used to mitigate the damage imposed by toxic employees, narcissistic employees, disengaged employees, and incompetent employees. They will also respond to specific questions from the audience, if time permits.
