Lunch will be provided!
Two Industrial-Organizational Psychologists with expertise in human resource management and employment practices will address the difficult challenges entailed in the management of employees who behave poorly. They will discuss best practice techniques that can be used to mitigate the damage imposed by toxic employees, narcissistic employees, disengaged employees, and incompetent employees. They will also respond to specific questions from the audience, if time permits.

About the Presenters
Dr. Jay Finkelman, Chair I/O Department. Dr. Finkelman is an Industrial and Forensic Psychologist as well as a Certified Professional Ergonomist. Dr. Finkelman specializes in Human Resources, workplace investigations, leadership, staffing industry management practices.
Dr. Robert Miller, Faculty. Dr. Miller applies his expertise as a clinical psychologist to understanding psychological and emotional processes within organizations, connections of these processes with health and performance issues in the workplace, as well as to developing interventions.
