Tanya Brown: Finding Peace Amid the Chaos
As the youngest sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, Tanya Brown has been a vocal and well-recognized speaker against domestic violence. What most people do not know is that Tanya suffered a mental breakdown ten years after the death of her sister, and spent many months in an in-patient and out-patient program. Her experiences have inspired her to help others. Finding Peace Amid the Chaos is a personal story of how masking pain, struggles and life challenges can lead a person to a dark space that may feel impossible to overcome. Tanya will encourage and empower the audience to talk about their challenges. Attendees will gain effective coping skills to prevent depression, anxiety, addiction and suicide.
