We are 9Round Fitness, a 30 Minute Kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. We are all about Fun and Fitness! We offer a fast and effective 30 minute workout, with a trainer always included. There are never any class times, so this allows you to come on your own schedule. Our workouts are totally modifiable, so no matter if you are a kung fu master or just a beginner, we work with all skill levels.
